Best neighborhoods in Weeping Water

Curious what people think. We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $871 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Would love some local perspective. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
