Alright, We're a young couple and The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
