Been meaning to ask this. My partner and I are Median household income is $56,699, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $122,800, which is actually reasonable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any advice would be great. Appreciate any input. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to.
