Moving to Weiser -what should I know?

Hey folks, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $196,200 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Anyone in a similar situation? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Bought a house here in 2017 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone about the same since then.
