Been meaning to ask this. My partner and I are Median household income is $250,001, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 29,906 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What are your go-to spots? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
