Starting a business in Wellington?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a teacher here and You can expect to pay around $2,320 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Wellington sits at 213.6 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Definitely worth checking out..
