Crime rate is something to consider -Wellington sits at 376.7 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 7,643 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
