Starting a business in Wellington?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $90,000 on average. Median household income is $49,526, which feels on the lower side for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Wellington sits at 376.7 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 7,643 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

Came here for my partner's job and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The housing market is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
