Co-working spaces in Wells Branch?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $64,345, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $368,500, which seems about average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I've lived in North for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good schools in most areas
- The job market scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for couples. No regrets on my end..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is nightlife. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is tough in most areas.

Hot take but it's exactly what I was looking for. I know a lot of people disagree but after 7 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I've been living here for 6 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The job market is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..
