Starting a business in Wellton?

The unemployment rate is 0.2%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Has anyone dealt with this?

Used to live on the Cedar Grove side, now on the West side. Completely different vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here.
