Weekend activities in Wenatchee?

I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $1,194 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 35,502 people. Household incomes average around $70,000 in Wenatchee. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.

Came here for weather and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The housing market is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Bought a house here in 2019 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

We moved here with our family and the quality of life is solid. Schools in Fairview area are tough. Kids love it here.
