Just moved to Wendell, any tips?

I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 0.8%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $93,848 in Wendell. With a population of 11,585, Wendell is a small town. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks in advance! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Pine Hills area are excellent. Kids love it here.
