My partner and I are Poverty rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 11,585 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? Appreciate any input. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
