Biggest downsides of living in Wentzville?

Hey, I've been here for 16 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Wentzville sits at 205.2 per 100K. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Seattle and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in West. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in government. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like Asian.

No regrets on my end..

I've been living here for 11 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The housing market is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.
