What to expect moving to Wentzville?

Curious what people think. We have two kids and The median home value here is around $302,700, which seems about average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Used to live on the Old Town side, now on the Maple Ridge side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Came here for weather and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The walkability is honestly challenging and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
