Best hidden gems in Wescosville

Hey, I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Wescosville sits at 64.3 per 100K. Homes are going for about $428,800 on average. With a population of 7,156, Wescosville is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 7,156 people. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The weather is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

I've lived in North for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The safety scene is tough

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for singles. No regrets on my end..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

I'm a social worker and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is average and there's always something going on.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 2 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's pricey and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into fishing, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Highland side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
