Remote worker thinking about Wescosville

Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $1,498 for rent here. The median home value here is around $428,800, which is pretty steep. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Appreciate any input. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

The food scene here is average. Tons of great farm-to-table places. I love the pace of life here.

Used to live on the Uptown side, now on the Midtown side. Completely different vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here.
