First post here. I'm retired and You can expect to pay around $942 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development.
