Considering Wesley Chapel vs St. Louis -help me decide

Hello, Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

The food scene here is underrated. Tons of great Korean places. I have mixed feelings honestly.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want pet-friendliness, then yeah this place is great. But if weather matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
