Things Wesley Chapel needs to improve

Hey folks, Rent is about $2,000/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Appreciate any input. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
