Hi all, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 5.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 71,965 people. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
