Random thought, I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. Rent is about $2,000/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Wesley Chapel sits at 409.1 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
