Working remotely from Wesley Chapel

I work in logistics and Crime rate is something to consider -Wesley Chapel sits at 409.1 per 100K. The median home value here is around $368,600, which seems about average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Moved here from Atlanta about 13 years ago. it's not perfect but it works for me. Still getting used to traffic but It's not for everyone but it works for us..
