Curious what people think. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $893,200, which is pretty steep. Crime rate is something to consider -Wesley Hills sits at 224.2 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up.
