West Allis quality of life -am I missing something?

Curious what people think. I've been here for 6 years and The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,012 for rent here. Homes are going for about $191,700 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is average in most areas.
