Working in West Athens -salaries realistic?

Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and With a population of 9,064, West Athens is a small town. Household incomes average around $77,750 in West Athens. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Maple Ridge side. Completely different vibe. the quality of life is solid.
