Starting a business in West Babylon?

I'm originally from Cleveland and Rent is about $2,136/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I've lived in Sunset for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from San Francisco, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Decent public transit for the size
- The job market scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for couples. Happy to answer more specific questions..
