Anyone else love living in West Berlin?

Anyone else feel this way? With a population of 2,533, West Berlin is a small town. Homes are going for about $224,800 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,321 for rent here. Household incomes average around $75,000 in West Berlin. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Would love some local perspective. Appreciate any input. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.
