Job hunting in West Bountiful -tips?

Hey everyone, Military spouse here. The unemployment rate is 0.6%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think?

Bought a house here in 2019 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone about the same since then.
