Moving to West Bountiful with kids -good idea?

Hey everyone, Crime rate is something to consider -West Bountiful sits at 190.0 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,632 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Thoughts? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Bought a house here in 2019 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone about the same since then.
