Hey folks, I'm a 43-year-old writer and With a population of 1,243, West Brow is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 1,243 people. Homes are going for about $274,500 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
