Anyone else feel this way? Crime rate is something to consider -West Carson sits at 372.4 per 100K. Homes are going for about $647,100 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What are your go-to spots? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
