Longtime lurker here, Just moved here 4 months ago and Homes are going for about $306,500 on average. Median household income is $100,568, which feels pretty solid for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? TIA! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
