Hey folks, Just moved here 6 months ago and Median household income is $98,570, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -West Covina sits at 244.5 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Thanks for reading. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.
