Career opportunities in West Covina, CA

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $98,570, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I work in construction here and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market for my field is underrated. No regrets on my end..
