Best neighborhoods to rent in West Des Moines?

I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 5.6%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $84,925, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Weather-wise, the summers are surprisingly good and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.
