Hello, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $286,300 on average. Poverty rate is 5.6%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Would love some local perspective. Cheers. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
