Hi all, I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $84,600 on average. The unemployment rate is 8.1%, which is concerning. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Would love some local perspective. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
