Is West Fargo still affordable?

Homes are going for about $302,200 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Thanks in advance! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The pet-friendliness is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
