Hey everyone, I've been here for 17 years and The median home value here is around $72,500, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $673 for rent here. Rent is about $673/month for a decent place. With a population of 7,156, West Frankfort is a small town. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks in advance! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
