Just moved to West Freehold, any tips?

Alright, It's a a small town city with about 14,233 people. Rent is about $2,107/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. What would you do? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Came here for work and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The weather is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.
