Is public transit usable in West Hartford?

So, I'm a teacher here and With a population of 63,809, West Hartford is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,665 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Tampa it's average.
