Life in West Hartford as a young professional

Curious what people think. It's a a smaller city city with about 63,809 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for West Hartford? The city has invested a lot in new development.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The public transit is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
