Housing in West Haven compared to Tampa

Hey folks, The unemployment rate is 4.3%, which is about average. Homes are going for about $265,200 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thoughts? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.

Bought a house here in 2018 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Greenfield area are underrated. Kids love it here.
