Biggest downsides of living in West Haven-Sylvan?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Homes are going for about $743,900 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,830 for rent here. Poverty rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Growing food scene
- Low crime in most areas
- Lots of new development
- Active local events

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Rising rent prices
- Not very walkable
- Homelessness issues downtown
- Not enough green space
