Curious what people think. I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $626,100, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
