Hey folks, Just moved here 4 months ago and Poverty rate is 7.3%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? Looking forward to hearing from you all. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
