First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $2,736 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -West Hills sits at 22.0 per 100K. Homes are going for about $737,800 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Does this match your experience? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
