West Hollywood is underrated, change my mind
OK so Born and raised here. The unemployment rate is 6.1%, which is concerning. The median home value here is around $969,900, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $969,900 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
