Alright, My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $592,700 on average. You can expect to pay around $2,613 for rent here. Poverty rate is 1.1%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
