Grayson Morris housing Dec 6, 2025

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2013. It's a a mid-size city city with about 116K people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
